Conference Room Reservations in Zachry Engineering Education Complex

College of Engineering Faculty, Staff, and students may reserve a space in the Zachry Engineering Education Complex by visiting the scheduling website and logging in with your NetID.

Faculty/Staff Meeting Rooms not in EMS (Capacity) are:

The following rooms can be reserved by Engineering Faculty and Staff only.

  • 150 (12), 304 (28 + 12 extra chairs), 430 (18), 435 (10), 571 (6), 581 (10), 583 (10), 585 (10), 588 (10).

Complete the request form and email it to easa-zachrooms@tamu.edu to reserve faculty/staff meeting rooms that are not in EMS.
