CrashPlan
CrashPlan offers a secure cloud environment for Faculty and Staff in the College of Engineering and TEES to back up their devices. After installing the CrashPlan agent, backups are performed on new and edited files every 15 minutes.
Technology Services - Engineering installs CrashPlan on most laptops by default. This software also helps prevent data loss in the event of the storage device on a laptop or desktop fails. If you are unsure if your device already has CrashPlan, reach out to your IT admin.
