Collaboration tools and meeting spaces allow faculty, staff, and students to work together and provide the flexibility of meeting either remotely or face-to-face.

Conference Rooms and Meeting Spaces

Most buildings managed by the College of Engineering and TEES have facilities available for faculty, staff, and students to reserve for meetings.

Zoom

Zoom is a full-featured web collaboration tool that allows you to stream your lecture, meet with your team, or have a quick one-on-one meeting with high quality audio and video.

Webex Meetings includes features such as screen sharing, meeting recording, customizable layouts and meeting broadcasting.

Microsoft Teams

Sharepoint Online

SharePoint empowers teamwork with dynamic and productive team sites for every project team, department, and division. Share files, data, news, and resources.

Slack

Slack is a communications platform that features direct messaging, group messaging, audio and video calling, and file sharing.
