The Aggie Account Gateway provides a central place for managing your NetID account and associated credentials, editing email and campus directory information, and viewing additional online resources.
You can configure your Email Settings so that mail sent to your Published Email Address can be delivered and stored in either Configuring the forwarding of emails through Gateway and Google Apps ensures that all emails sent to your netid@tamu.edu will be delivered, stored, and viewable in both your Texas A&M Exchange Account (Faculty and Staff) or your and Gmail accounts. The following steps will walk through how to set up forwarding for a published email address as well as how to set up forwarding for Texas A&M Gmail Account (Students).

Login to gateway.tamu.edu. Aggie Account Gateway with your CAS login
Click on Email Settings.
Go to section called Forwarding Settings and click Edit on the right.
For faculty and staff, please check the following options shown below to have your A&M Gmail emails forwarded to your exchange account:

Under Forwarding Settings, click on Edit
Select the following options in order to route the emails sent to your NetID@tamu.edu address to your Exchange account:
Sent to and stored in my Texas A&M Exchange mailbox
When I send and reply to emails, this address should be displayed: My published email address
Forwarding for Texas A&M Gmail
Login to your Texas A&M Gmail account
Click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen to open Settings
Under Quick settings, click on See all settings
Select the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab and then under the Forwarding section, click on Add a forwarding address
Please enter a new forwarding email address:
netid@exchange.tamu.edu
Click on Next
Click Proceed and then click OK on the following pop up windows
Select Forward a copy of incoming mail to [netid@exchange.tamu.edu (in use)] and [keep Texas A&M University Mail’s copy in the Inbox]
Click on the Save Changes icon at the bottom of the page
