Exchange for Faculty and Staff

Faculty and staff who are employed by the College of Engineering and TEES are required to use an Exchange email address.

On Monday, April 19, 2021, the Texas A&M University Division of IT will begin notifying all campus members that a decision on a single email delivery point must be selected by May 14, 2021. Currently, staff and faculty members have the capability to select either Exchange or Gmail as the delivery point.

Starting on May 14, 2021, the College of Engineering / TEES is mandating that all staff employees use Exchange for email services.

Faculty members will have until January 1, 2022, to migrate to Exchange from Gmail.
