On the page that needs a different widget area, use Screen Options to turn on the Per Page Widgets box if it is hidden. In the Per Page Widgets box, you can then choose select the Specialoption to specify widget areas for this page.

Change the Per Page Widgets setting to Special
Select the radio button under Special for the desired widget to edit
You should see a new widget management screen for your new custom widget area
