Reserve a room

1. Log in to https://coe-ems-web01.engr.tamu.edu/emswebapp/ you will have to access to the 3 Reservation templates as in the screenshot below.

   You may or may not need all the 3 reservation templates.

   1. My Reservation Templates:

      1. Any Room Multiple booking-Includes Chevron room(s)

         1. This template will allow reserving any room including Chevron rooms with multiple bookings.

      2. Any Room Single booking-Includes Chevron room(s)

         1. This template will allow reserving any room including Chevron rooms with just a single booking.

      3. Large Studio Chevron: Max. 150 people

         1. This template will allow multiple bookings to reserve the Chevron rooms.

2. These templates can Please note that these templates may be modified based on your requirements. This document shows will show how to reserve the Chevron rooms can be reserved using the Large Studio Chevron: Max. 150 people template.

3. Once you click Click on the book now icon against the Large Studio Chevron: Max. 150 people template , it will to show both the Chevron individual rooms and the Chevron Combo Room.

4. If you select the ZACH 297-298-299 combo room first and then try to add an individual room to that list, it will show an error as in the following screenshot.similar to “Conflicts with another location you are requesting…”

5. But if you select the individual rooms separately, it will allow you to add the 3 individual rooms to that reservation. You will receive an email confirmation as given below.

   1. The reservation you made will show up under My Events

   2. The 3 bookings will show up under HOME > My Bookings

6. If you select the ZACH 297-298-299 combo room it will book all the 3 individual rooms

Cancel or create a new booking

1. You can cancel all your bookings or just a single booking.

2. Click on the Check the desired rooms and then click Cancel Bookings link

   1. E.g. 2 of the 3 bookings (ZACH 298 and 299) were canceled

3. You can now add a booking to the reservation by clicking on the New Booking icon

Update or cancel a reservation

1. You can select a room and Update Reservation

   1. It will send an email confirmation with the newly reserved room

2. You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the Cancel Reservation link under Reservation Tasks on the right menu

   It will show a popup for confirmation.

   1. On the confirmation popup window, click Yes, Cancel Reservation
