For Windows

  1. Launch Outlook from the Windows search bar

  2. Enter your Exchange address and click Connect

    1. Staff and faculty will enter netid@tamu.edu as their email address

    2. Student workers will use the Accessing a Shared Mailbox instructions to add their mailboxes to Outlook

  3. Click on the Office 365 icon if it asks for the account type

  4. A Microsoft login page should appear with your email address already populated. Enter your NetID password to sign in

  5. Accept the Duo prompt to finish logging in

  6. Click No, sign in to this app only

  7. Account setup should auto complete.
