Chevron Room
This room is used for events such as organization meetings, professional presentations, large group events, etc.
Features:
There are 3 rooms; 297, 298, 299. The rooms are divided by two walls that have the ability to rise and go down per the needs of the party that reserves the space. Each space must be reserved individually. Each room includes:
Crestron Panel (details below)
A Podium that allows for HDMI inputs for presentations from a personal device.
USB and outlet connections
In-Room PC
Wireless connection option using wePresent (see individual notes on wePresent)
Microphones - Handheld and L’appelle. There are 7 amongst the space: 3 Handheld and 4 L’appelle.

There are four tabs on the Home Screen. They are as follows:
Room Select
This tab includes a variety of tabs detailed below;
Microphone Routing
This includes the 7 mics and how you allocate the different mics to different rooms
All rooms option
Note: If you choose all rooms, do not worry that the previously selected room stays highlighted
Audio
This tab is in charge of the audio floor box controls
Specifically, those with podium capabilities
The audio from whatever device is plugged into the floor box
By default, this is generally the In-Room PC, but it can also be the HDMI or wePresent
Projector Controls
This tab is in charge of the visual floor box controls
Allows the user to display different camera orientations from various points within the room
i.e. in 299 you can display from the camera in 298, as well as view what content they are displaying
Overrides/Orientation
This tab is in charge of the walls, lights, shades, etc
MediaSite 1, 2, and 3
Recording controls
Generally not a common request
Note: lacks some functionality, you can not use the multiple cameras or move the camera
Displays
This includes an option for Power (On or Off) and Source; i.e. Where the content that is displayed is being streamed from.
This can be either the Floorbox - which sources from the Podium or the Camera.
Audio
Same as the audio described within “Room Controls”, but only for the specific room in which you are controlling from
Lights/Shades
Same as the “Overrides/Orientations” Tab described within “Room Controls”, but only for the specific room in which you are controlling from
Capture
Allows you to indicate the camera from which you would like to record from, the content (i.e. Floorbox) and camera controls
