Conference Room Reservations in Zachry Engineering Education Complex
To reserve a space in the Zachry Engineering Education Complex, visit the scheduling website and log in with your NetID.
The following rooms are able to be reserved by Engineering Faculty and Staff only.
Faculty/Staff Meeting Rooms not in EMS (Capacity) are:
150 (12), 304 (28 + 12 extra chairs), 430 (18), 435 (10), 571 (6), 581 (10), 583 (10), 585 (10), 588 (10).
Complete request form and email it to easa-zachrooms@tamu.edu to reserve a faculty/staff meeting rooms that is not in EMS.
