Zoom
Zoom is a full-featured web collaboration tool available to all Texas A&M University students and employees (Parts 02, 10 and 23). Stream your lecture, meet with your team, or have a quick one-on-one meeting with high quality audio and video. Zoom recording allows you to caption and save a video for future reference or send to those unable to attend.
Zoom also features intuitive screen sharing, white-boarding and much more. Non-University participants are able to join meetings after creating a free account.

For meetings over 500 participants, the Zoom Video Webinar functionality can be added to accounts on an individual basis. This incurs an additional cost and will be billed annually. Contact Engineering IT for more information on pricing and availability.
Zoom is primarily intended for academic and general business use and has not been approved for meetings where the following content is discussed:
Sponsored research discussions.
Matters related to defense or national security.
Information subject to Intellectual Property Protection.
For these discussions, utilize Webex instead.
