Wired Connection

  1. Connect the HDMI cable located on the conference table to your device.

  2. Connect the USB cable located on the conference table to your device.

  3. You will need to change your audio output and input device to use the room’s speaker and microphone.

The Conference Camera and Microphone will not work if you do not connect the USB cable

Wireless Connection

To connect to the room wirelessly, follow these instructions.

The Conference Camera and Microphone will not work using the wireless connection unless you plug in the USB cable.
